T-Rio

T-rio consist of triplets Thaísa, Thainá, and Thayan, who are dancers and actors as well as musicians. Born on November 10, 1984, in Brasilia, the siblings began dancing at a very young age, immersing themselves in the worlds of {classical} ballet, {jazz}, and contemporary dance, as well as dabbling in acting. The public took to them immediately, and the sisters soon found themselves in Spain performing with the popular group Sandy & Júnior. After relocating to Rio de Janeiro, the girls began composing their own material. A theater job in France provided opportunities for the trio to branch out on their own, and in 2004 they released their first single, which received international acclaim.
